Things You Need To Know About FHA Loan

Few years ago, it was unlikely to get a home buyer using an FHA loan. You could have got a loan with no down payment and no income verification. Now these days, Government insured-FHA loans are the only programs available for buyers with as low as 3.5% down payment. Most home buyers don’t have 20% or more saved up for down payment so in that case, FHA loan is the only way to finance the home purchase. And of course, thanks to Uncle Sam, home buyers can borrow up to $729,750 in high end markets such as Los Angeles.

Qualification – It was a common misconception that FHA loans would only be suitable for low income borrowers. As a matter of fact, there is no limit on your income. In order to qualify for FHA loan or any loan for that matter, lenders would evaluate your ability to pay the monthly mortgage. Borrowers must provide tax returns, paystubs and other income documentation to show their abilities to pay their monthly mortgage.

Tips on Streak Free Window Cleaning

Ahh, spring time is here, well okay, I guess living in San Diego it seems like it is always beautiful spring time weather.  What can I say?

Being a San Diego window cleaning company sure has its perks.  But perfect weather does not equal spotless and clear windows.

As a matter of fact, because of the beautiful weather, being San Diegans, we take it for granted and assume our windows can’t ever get dirty.  Not so.

Now before I get started, this isn’t just an article for Southern Californians.  These window cleaning tips are for any part of God’s green earth.

Ready for the tips?  Then let’s go.

So let’s address the overarching problem when cleaning windows.  And that problem is those ugly streaks.  Let’s say you woke up and felt great.  So great you wanted to take on the world.  So what is it you decide to take on?  Your windows.

But let’s slow down for a second there my friend.  Before you begin your attack on those dirty windows, and I’m not implying that you can’t.  Let’s figure out what needs to be done first.  You’ll see it won’t be that difficult.

Ready for the how to?  Here goes lickity split.

Now right off the bat, the first thing you will want and need is the right tools for the job.  This isn’t going to be a quick spray and wipedown of your family room glass table.  No, this will be glass that has months of dirt piled on, from the weather all the way to insects and birds making it dirty.

So what will be the tools that will be needed for the job.  Well it certainly won’t be windex and some paper towels.  It won’t be much more complicated than that.  The tools you will need is a squeegee and a spray bottle and then you can use the paper towels.

Gather these simple tools.  Use them the right way, and watch your day of window cleaning go as smooth as possible.

So what now?  You are going to need the right ingredient for that spray bottle.  And what is this top secret ingredient?  Well it is 2 parts.  It is 2 gallons of water, and here comes the secret sauce, a teaspoon of dish washing liquid.  That’s it?  That’s all you’ll need.  You get that straight, and beautiful streak free windows are yours.

Oops, I forgot one last ingredient, and you will need plenty of this.  And this final ingredient is elbow grease.

So even though you started the day rarin’ to go and ready to knock out all those windows, by the third or fourth window, you might start to run a little low on that elbow grease.
