One thing all businesses need in today’s market more than ever is more leads and customers.  There are various ways businesses are trying to do this.In this article let’s take a look at a way to advertise that might be overlooked.

You probably have seen the type of ads I will talk about in Las Vegas.  But they have been sprouting in more cities.That way is through using mobile billboard advertising.  I would like to offer some perspective on why this helps businesses from my experience running my own mobile billboards San Diego company.

One of the reasons you have been seeing more and more of these types of ads is because they work.  Unlike a lot of other types of ads these ads get seen. What do I mean by that?Well when you take a radio or TV ad, those types of advertising can be turned off. Not with mobile billboards.  They are right there with your prospective clients in traffic.They won’t be able to turn it off.

These ads are also effective because if they are designed well, can catch your prospects attention.Plus as previously stated, it is in traffic with them.  So if the ad is beautifully designed it will grab attention.  If your goal is to brand your business there is no better way.

Improving the beauty of your home

Well the boom of the housing market is now gone.Quite a few people made a ton of money.  And many people lost a lot of money.  During the housing boom builders were making beautiful homes all over the place.I am positive you probably went through a few of those model homes yourself.Gorgeous furniture decorated the homes. Nice upgrads such as carpet and tile flooring.During the housing frenzy if you saw a house model you liked people would just go out and buy it.  Now with the burst of the housing bubble, that is not possible.

So what can someone do.I would love to show you some ways to have that beautiful model quality home.  You can have it without the price.  This is from helping my customers achieve it through tile in San Diego company. 

The name of my company should give it away.By just changing out your flooring your home currently, you can transform it and make it look just like a model home.Greatest part about it, is it won’ be as much in terms of price as those model homes. But it might be able to increase your homes value or at least won’t allow it lose as much value.  This while everybody else’s values are dropping.

Sure you can go out and buy a bunch of carpet cleaning supplies.But it won’t be anything like completely redoing your flooring.  Yes it could be more expensive. But when you are considering that it helps keep your homes value, it is definitely worth it.

What use to be an old an aging home, can now be changed.It can be changed into a gorgeous one.  By picking beautiful flooring like new carpet or tile it can make everything look like new. 

But the best part is it doesn’t just look good.  If you ever decide to sell your home you can command top dollar.Doing that small bit of upgrades can work miracles.  When your house is seen by prospects.  They will love it.  In this day and age of picky buyers, the better your home is.The faster the sale will be.  I know first hand this is true running my own carpet in San Diego company.

But as I said previously, what is on your mind is not selling.  Just wanting a beautiful home to live in might be your goal.By having your floors redone, you are able to accomplish that.

Mobile Billboards Advertising and it’s benefits

What are mobile billboards?Well I am sure most of you have an idea what a regular billboard is, well a mobile billboard is the same almost, except that it is moving.

You can find it in it’s various forms.  You can see it in San Diego truck advertising, or vehicles built specifically to carry billboards around.

Why are people using this form of medium to get their message or brand across?  I have some unique insights I am going to share that I have gained from running my own mobile billboards San Diego company.

First off, let’s talk about it’s expenses.  Mobile billboards prices are actually very comparable if not better than your traditional outdoor media such as traditional billboards.

With its rates being very cheap comparably if not better, there is something else that tilts it in it’s favor.Actual views, exposures, or impressions to the prospects.

Compared to the usual billboards out there, that a prospect could just pass it by without even looking.  But the way a mobile billboard displays it’s message, it is more effective.And the way it is able to do that is by being in the consumer’s face.You can’t just pass it by.It is stuck with you in traffic right at eye level

This is very powerful.A prospect who is caught in traffic with an advertisement staring at them in the face can’t be turned off.

That is one of the obstacles that TV and Radio face as traditional forms of advertising.With the invention of satellite radio and Tivo, a prospect could practically go without commercials.

So opting to go with mobile billboards gives the advertiser the ability to have their message read and impressed upon the consumer’s mind.

If you want to build brand recognition as a business, there aren’t too many better ways to display your ad than by showing it in beautiful color as a full color display ad.It speaks loudly for attention.And when your prospect doesn’t have anything else to do in traffic, you really don’t need to scream as loud as other forms of advertising.

With a lot of businesses struggling because of the economy, using mobile ads might be just the trick they need to save their business.More customers and more leads are going to come based on this form of advertising. 

You are guaranteed exposure.You are pretty much guaranteed to getting your message read and heard.What else could an advertiser want.

You can see that it is working by the sheer number of many more businesses using it to advertise.In 2004 by itself, there was more than $5.8 billion spent on this form of advertsing.  With all that money being spent, it must be working.

So for many businesses looking for more ways to find customers, this might just be what they are looking for.

How To Use A Website For Insurance Lead Generation

As a financial advisor, lead generation is one of the cornerstones of your business and success. Use a website to capture prospects details so you can follow up with them and make sales.

The first thing that needs to be in place is a lead capture form. An autoresponder is needed to capture your prospects contact details. The mailing list that you build is going to be your most treasured and valuable asset.

Create a set of emails that each new prospect will receive. You need to keep mailing them in order to make sales. Save countless hours of your time by automating it.

Here is how to structure your emails.

Once you start getting insurance leads or financial planning leads, send a follow-up message immediately. Thank the person for joining your mailing list and ask them to contact you if they have questions. Explain the benefits of your products and services in the email. Sell your prospects on the benefits of an insurance portfolio or financial plan from you. Leave your website address so that they can visit and read about your offer again.

Over the next few days, keep sending emails. Offer more free information. Downsell your prospects if you find that they are not interested in a comprehensive insurance product or financial plan. The idea is to bring them into the sales funnel. Once they have bought one product from you, they are likely to buy again.

Your website lead generation system is the key driver of you business, so focus on bringing lots of prospects to it. Be sure you web address is printed on your business cards, letter head, e-mail, and any other marketing or stationary you have. You should make your website address obvious on all your marketing and letter head.

To get more traffic to your website you can create articles and give away good valuable information while directing readers back to your website. You may also want to post articles in directories and create some for your website also.

One of the fastest ways to generate valuable leads is via pay per click marketing. You can direct traffic on a pay per click basis to get traffic instantly sent to your website. In a matter of minutes, you can be collecting emails and personal details that you can then follow up with via phone or email.
